Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return & Refund Policy – Beyond Baked Blessings

At Beyond Baked Blessings, every order is baked fresh, handcrafted with care, and prayed over before it leaves our kitchen. Because our cookies and baked goods are perishable, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

We do this to protect the quality, safety, and integrity of every product we serve.

1. No Returns Accepted

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been shipped or picked up, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
     
  • missing items, or
     
  • incorrect,
     

please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will review your concern and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit. Replacement decisions are made at our discretion.

3. Shipping Delays

Please note:

  • Once packages are handed to the carrier (UPS/USPS), delivery delays are outside of our control.
     
  • We are not responsible for weather delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.
    (However, we will always try to guide you through your claim or assist where we can!)
     

4. Wrong Address at Checkout

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout:

  • We cannot issue refunds.
     
  • Orders shipped to the wrong address cannot be replaced without a new purchase.
     

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

5. Order Cancellations

Because we begin prepping ingredients quickly after orders are placed, cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After that window, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

6. Quality Promise

We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality treats in every box. Each item is handcrafted, small-batch made, and packaged with care to ensure you receive the best possible experience.
